4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  1. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and stock availability.
  2. Ensure timely shipment and delivery of sold items.
  3. Comply with Afri Online Shop’s Product Listing and Quality Guidelines.
  4. Avoid selling prohibited or counterfeit items.

Afri Online Shop may remove any product or suspend vendor accounts that violate these rules.


5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

  1. Provide valid delivery information and complete payment for orders.
  2. Inspect items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
  3. Use the platform only for lawful purchases.


6. Orders and Payments

  1. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
  2. Payments are handled securely through approved third-party processors such as Stripe and Paystack.
  3. Afri Online Shop does not store payment details.
  4. In case of transaction disputes, users may contact hello@afrionlineshop.com for resolution.


7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines vary based on location and vendor. Afri Online Shop is not liable for delays caused by logistics companies or unforeseen circumstances.


8. Returns and Refunds

  1. Buyers may request returns or refunds within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
  2. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
  3. Refunds are processed after verification and approval by the vendor and Afri Online Shop.
  4. Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, software, and digital downloads) are non-returnable.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, graphics, software, and images — is the property of Afri Online Shop and protected by copyright laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

  1. Losses resulting from vendor negligence or third-party delivery failures.
  2. Technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  3. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in dispute.
