We currently deliver to all cities in Greater Accra and other regions.

International shipping is available for selected products and may attract additional fees depending on destination and courier availability.


2. Order Processing Time

  1. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
  2. For custom or pre-order items, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
  3. Vendors are responsible for preparing and dispatching their items promptly.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with reputable logistics companies such as DHL, GIG Logistics, Jumia Express, and local couriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  1. Within major cities: 2–5 business days
  2. Rural areas: 5–10 business days
  3. International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance).


4. Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
  2. Free shipping may apply to promotional items or orders above a specific value.
  3. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your email or displayed in your Afri Online Shop account dashboard.

You can monitor your order status anytime until delivery is completed.


6. Delivery Policy

  1. Deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout.
  2. Customers must ensure accurate delivery information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  3. In case of a missed delivery, our logistics partner will attempt a redelivery or contact you for rescheduling.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of receipt or expected delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and work with the seller and the courier to resolve it promptly.


8. Multiple Vendor Orders

For multivendor purchases, products may be shipped separately as they originate from different sellers. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
